Received the following E-mail on 27/6/02
> no payment - damn straight
I didn't forget to send the payment. I found the album cheaper with better help on other compilations.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. Maybe then people will give you business.
I replied explaining that this was not the case and by sending copies of the previous E-mails with the order & payment promised etc. I also suggested that I was owed an apology.
Received the following reply & advice on 03/07/2002
Surprisingly enough I am responding to your last reply.
I have been in business for 11 years.
It is my right as a consumer to find the best price.
I requested all the information for costs and shipping from you and ( 4) other music suppliers. I never sent you any money. You never sent the LP. I would not of expected to see the LP ( I didn't sent you any money ). Next customer.
I'll give you some free advise. NO MONEY, NO PRODUCT. MOVE ON.
YOU have decided that I have disappointed you and wasted your time. ( boo - hoo )
Seeing that you have so much time to set up dummy web sites, you should put a phrase on your home page reading:
"Dear consumer,
If you request any information from myself or any other employee of "I'll pressure you to buy sound". You are bound by this contract to pay all fees and services rendered, even if you have decided to purchase the product somewhere else. thank you for your financial support."
p.s. better yet, why don't you charge people for hits on your high tech web site.
Lost the plot here a bit, me thinks...... Thankfully not many customers behave this way.

Traded some items, first transaction went well. Second transaction, well after a number of drawn out E-mails a trade was agreed but it seems I was the only one that kept to the deal and sent the items as I received nothing in return. Several mails later the items were again promised to be sent to me. I was then informed that he had not received anything from me.
I had obtained proof of postage and inquiries were made regards my missing packet that had been sent. Most of my E-mails since have been ignored. Inquiries sent from Royal Mail regards this packet have also been ignored.
Draw your own conclusions !

A number of people have escaped this list as they made the effort to reply. I do give enough chances ! ! The top excuses for forgetting to pay or being unable to reply to E-mails has been family bereavements. Although I am always genuinely sorry to hear of such things please try another as I've heard it too many times now.
I guess people want to have their names appear on this page, very strange..........
Anybody that wants to link ..... feel free to do so.
